The location is a gem, super close to Borghese Villa & Gardens. But, OMG, the noise from slamming doors and echoes made sleep impossible 😩. The breakfast variety was very basic too.

The local eateries nearby are a treasure! I devoured some amazing pizza at Trattoria dal Pollarolo 1936, just a quick hop from the guest house. The spacious Luxury Triple Room was a delightful retreat after long days exploring. my family loved that the bed felt so fresh! Isotta at reception was a gem, steering us to the best food spots around.
The entrance was a bit of a maze with dimly lit stairs, which made us feel a tad overwhelmed lugging our bags up, but honestly, once we were inside, we felt right at home. Just a small hiccup amidst a lovely stay!

Request a room on higher floors to minimize noise from above during your stay, particularly if work is ongoing.

The room was spotless, providing a fresh environment to unwind after a long day. The spacious layout of the Deluxe Double or Twin Room offered a comfortable retreat.
While the cleanliness was decent overall, the shower walls and floor could have used a bit more attention. Additionally, noise from the ongoing renovation above was quite disruptive both during the day and in the evening, making it difficult to relax at times.

while the room was decent, the shower walls and floor could have been cleaner. breakfast was shockingly similar every single day, so much for variety. i expected a special welcome gift for my troubles but alas, nothing. this stay had potential for a great review, but I just couldn't, you know?

The friendly staff truly made our stay memorable! ! Isotta's exceptional service and the luxurious bath tub for the kids were definite highlights!
The entrance felt overwhelming, almost like a hidden treasure hunt, but it was worth it once we got inside!

Location is a definite highlight, as the metro stop nearby made exploring easy and convenient. The staff were exceptionally supportive, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay, including a lovely farewell note with treats. However, the breakfast offerings lacked variety over the days, and the initial entrance to the place was somewhat confusing with dim lighting and stairs, creating a bit of stress during check-in.
